Anxiety Counselling combines a variety of counselling therapies and tools; such as self-talk, journaling, and cognitive behaviour therapy. Not surprisingly what works best for you may not be as effective for someone else. Influences in your life such as your environment and the people around you; your personality traits; your intelligence; and your resources, all take part in your solution to managing anxiety now and in your future.

Counselling for anxiety may range from 4 sessions to 4 months of biweekly sessions. It depends on what is behind the anxiety; what is inside you to work with; and what is in front of you every day to deal with. There is discussion and optional homework and choices.
